Your order will be shipped using one of the following trusted international shipping services:

🏷 Premium Express Shipping — Arrives in approximately 5 business days

• Shipping cost is based on weight.

• Starting at approximately $22 USD for the first 0.5kg, with a small fee added for each additional 0.5kg.

• Please note: rates vary by destination and are subject to the carrier’s latest pricing.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

• Carriers available:

  • DHL (default for premium shipments)

  • EMS (required for P.O. Box addresses; available on request)

  • FedEx

  • UPS

  • TNT

📦 Airmail Shipping — Takes 3 to 7 weeks to arrive

• Cost is also weight-based and generally more affordable than express options.

• Ideal for packages under 1kg.

• Maximum weight allowed: 2kg. Packages over 1.5kg may cost close to express rates.

• Estimated delivery time: 15–22 days.

📅 Shipping Time Estimate

• Express services (DHL, UPS, TNT, EMS) typically take around 5 business days to deliver after dispatch.

• This does not include production or order processing time. Please refer to individual product pages for making time. Contact us if you have a deadline!

💳 Shipping Fee

• Each product page shows an estimated shipping fee for reference.

• When you add multiple items to your cart, shipping is calculated based on the total weight—which is often cheaper than shipping each item separately.

📦 Package Check

• Please inspect your package upon delivery.

• If it appears damaged or opened, refuse to sign and request a Damage Report from the courier.

• Email us a copy of the report, and we’ll work with the carrier to seek compensation.

🧾 Tariffs & Taxes

1. For eligible countries, we offer prepaid tax options at checkout. If you choose Airmail and prepay the tax, you won’t need to pay again upon delivery.

2. If you choose Premium shipping and have prepaid taxes, we will refund the tax amount. You may be responsible for any customs fees when the package enters your country.
